The exhibition Mus\u00e9e sentimental<\/i> explores a fundamental aspect of 20th<\/sup>-century art history: the practice of collecting among artists and its integration into their creative process.<\/p>\n

Presented at the Mus\u00e9e des Beaux-Arts de Lyon, this exhibition brings together, in an exceptional display, modern and contemporary works from the three partner public institutions and offers a journey through various\u2014and at times highly unique\u2014approaches to the practice of collecting by some sixty artists and collectives from the 20th<\/sup> and 21st<\/sup> centuries.<\/p>\n

The exhibition includes the installation La Vie impossible de C.B.<\/i>, as well as the Vitrine de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence<\/i>, both from the MNAM-Centre Pompidou Collection.<\/p>\n
